3. How was the audit developed?

The New Generation Project has provided the opportunity for the relevant schools* across the University of Southampton and the University of Portsmouth to develop a collaborative approach to the audit of learning environments in line with wider approaches to streamlining quality assurance.

The audit has been developed in partnership with colleagues in Health and Social care organisations. The quality of practice based learning is measured using an audit tool. The tool has two components; the corporate section and the learning environment section.
